Afro Cuban Salsa on 2 FOR BEGINNERS ONLY!!! The class includes stretching, breathing and lots of core and quad work.
STUDENTS: An hour class followed by a 1/2 hour practice session. $118 for packages (includes 6 paid classes, 1 First Friday party & 2 free* classes), $20 drop in rate.
*To receive your 2 free classes, you must take your 6 classes within a 2 month window.
Please wear comfortable clothing! Please try not to wear clothes that will restrict full body movement (i.e. jeans). As for shoes: bring dance sneakers or very old sneakers, or dance shoes. Socials every First Friday of the month to practice what you’ve learned in class.
